Prof. Mumo Kisau is a scholar in the field of Biblical Studies and Greek language, both academic discipline and existential testimony which are infused within his research, teaching, and service to the community. He is a celebrated public speaker both nationally and globally.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE
In April 2011 he was appointed as Scott Christian University Vice-Chancellor. One of the major achievements during his service as the Vice-Chancellor is the Institution was granted the permission to change its name from Scott Theological College to Scott Christian University by the Commission for University Education on 23rd March 2012 and subsequently expanded its academic programs and having two more schools.
Apart from Scott Christian University, he has also worked with the World Vision International, East Africa Area as the East Africa Senior Advisor and Team Leader between 2008-2010 and Nairobi International School of Theology as the Vice-Principal for Planning and Development.

Prof Mumo Kisau has been an Associate Professor since 2002 and has over 18 years of teaching practice and experience since his appointment. Throughout his tenure as an Associate Professor, his research, teaching, and service as a theologian which involved looking at the range of issues related to the relationship between God and human beings has gained international attention. His main contributions as an Associate Professor involve both articulating and innovating critical practical concepts and practices. He has a total number of 32 publications and 5 postgraduate supervisions since his appointment as Associate Professor. Prof. Mumo Kisau has been appointed as full professor of Biblical Studies since May 2021.
