
KUDZAYI ZISO
Kudzayi is a portfolio manager at Momentum Investments, responsible for managing Corporate clients’ portfolios designed to meet their objectives using a wide array of investments. Upon completing her studies at UCT, Kudzayi has worked in various roles within the asset management industry over the last 18 years.
Kudzayi holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, bolstering her extensive knowledge on a vast array of investment related topics. She is passionate about the financial literacy of black people, particularly black women and children.

PAUL NYAMUDA
Paul Nyamuda is known widely as an expert in leadership, personal mastery and emotional intelligence. He has a coaching and training business called Corporate Legends and as an Organisational Psychologist has researched extensively on the subject of leadership development and is an associate lecturer at GIBS and other leading business schools. His passion is unlocking greatness in individuals, teams and organisations. Since 2000 his work has focused on executive coaching and leadership development from CEO level to middle management. Blue Chip companies, leading banks, NPO’s, Government departments, churches and large multinationals have benefited from his distinct brand of humour, intensity and intellectual insight.
Paul has spoken on leadership and related issues in South Africa, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, DR Congo, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, UK and the USA. Pastor Pearl Osa is fondly known as the Possibility Broker because of the unbelievable feat of carrying a pregnancy during a beauty pageant and still placing as a finalist; a month post partum.
However, what really warrants the title for her is the fact that this was her eleventh baby and the ninth born by C-section.
Since her days in corporate as a National Head of LnD in the banking and telecoms sectors, she now gleefully juggles many balls.

Fikile Mbhokota
Fikile Mbhokota is a seasoned leader with over 18 years’ financial markets and investment industry experience covering indexation and active investment management and consulting, operations, research, strategy, fund administration, custody management, executive client account management and business origination. Most recently she held the positions of Acting Head of Investments and trustee at the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF), Africa’s largest pension fund with more than 1.2 million active members and assets worth more than R1.7 trillion.
Fikile holds a Master of Commerce in Finance and is currently in her final year studying towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance. She has completed Private Equity, Strategic Asset Allocation, Manager Selection, and Master Custody programs at the Institute for Limited Partners in Chicago and World Bank in Washington DC, USA respectively.

Dr. Pearl Kupe
Dr. Pearl Kupe is an attorney, Social dialogue & Transformational leadership expert, Executive Coach and International advisor to various governments, International organizations and world leaders. She is a former Corporate executive for Transnet, Africa’s largest transport & logistics company. She is a former UN Social Dialogue Specialist with the ILO, International Labour Organization and worked to establish peace and set up dispute resolution institutions in the SADC region. Her current responsibilities include, amongst others: Senior Fellow at GILPP, the Geneva Institute of Leadership and Public Policy. Board member of Acts Higher Education International Council (India), African Women Leaders Forum Honorary Executive Committee and Made In Africa International Committee.
She is the International President of Global Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, a movement which networks women entrepreneurs from all over the world. In its short time of existence, it’s established a presence in a number of nations around the world, including the USA, the UK and several African nations.
GFWE believes that when women are adequately informed and included in the areas of investment, trade and finance, they will be an asset for the good of all. The objectives are achieved through:

Andisa Ndlovu
Andisa Ndlovu is an award-winning broadcast and media practitioner interested in gender,
security, and governance in Africa. She currently produces SAFM’s drive time talk show,
Beyond The Headline.
Andisa has ten years of news broadcasting experience, having occupied different roles in
front of the camera, behind the scenes and on the field. She has produced several headline
news events, and current affairs shows for broadcasters like eNCA, eTV and the South
African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC); working with renowned journalists including
Jeremy Maggs, Nikiwe Bikitsha, Joanne Joseph, Xoli Mngambi and Thulasizwe Simelane,
among others. Some of her broadcast career highlights include producing rolling coverage of
the 2014 and 2019 South African General Elections, the 2016 South African Municipal
Elections, and many political party conferences.
Outside the newsroom, Andisa has worked as a communications manager, responsible for a
pan-African youth organisation’s internal and external communication policy and branding
strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media studies and Political
and International Studies from Rhodes University. She also has a Diploma in Media
Management from the same institution. In 2017, Andisa pursued her interest in national and
regional security, and studied towards a Diploma in Management in the field of Security and
Governance at the University of the Witwatersrand and graduated in 2018. She is pursuing a
Master of Management degree in the field of Security at the same institution, exploring
gendered experiences of violence.
Andisa believes in the importance of diversity in media and the empowerment of African
storytellers to improve representation in mainstream platforms. She worked with Hashtag
Our Stories, an international network of mobile storytellers, in 2020. She trained over ten
thousand young African video journalists with other experienced broadcast practitioners,
teaching them how to tell stories using their cellphones. The project was in partnership with
Facebook and the International Centre for Journalists. Andisa also joined the organisation’s
mentorship programme, helping 100 storytellers hone their mobile journalism skills. She
recently won the Best TV and Radio Producer of the Year Award at the 2022 Prism Awards.

Nothemba Kula
Nothemba Kula is a Management consultant with a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of London. Nothemba has consulted for international development agencies such as the World Bank and the Southern African Development community (SADC) providing technical assistance for the development and implementation of national and regional health programs in Southern Africa.
Nothemba has also worked with the South African National Department of Health at various levels and has extensive experience in managing disease programs such as Tuberculosis, HIV, maternal and child health as well as supporting government and the private sector to strengthen the COVID-19 response.
Nothemba is a devoted Christian with a calling in intercessory prayer and ministering to women and young girls inspiring them to know their value and self worth. She is and the CoFounder of Kingdom Development Initiative (KDI), a Johannesburg based non-profit organization. She is also the Author of a brand new book called “ Pushing Back the darkness, recently launched in Kenya, which empowers readers to develop a militant faith and to know what to accept and what not to accept
Nothemba has been happily married to Dr. Dumani Kula for 19 years, they have two children and they live in Johannesburg.
